Travel Agent Commissions 101

As a leading host travel agency, our Preferred Suppliers pay us the top commissions, which means higher income for you! Due to our collective sales volume, our Preferred Suppliers pay 10–16%, and in some cases up to 20%.

As an agent with AIA, you’ll start out earning a 75% commission payout. This means that from the total commission the Supplier has paid to AIA, you will receive 75% of that amount.

Commissions can go up from there!

    Commission Tiers:

    ➤ < $5,000+ in commissions (per year): 75% payout

    ➤ > $5,000+ in commissions (per year): 80% payout

    ➤ $50,000+ in commissions (per year): 85% payout

    ➤ $100,000+ in commissions (per year): 90% payout

You’ll be able to track your bookings and commissions using VacationCRM — one of the best systems available. Submit bookings, and once your client travels and the supplier pays AIA, your commission is paid.

Commissions are paid monthly based on all payments received by AIA during that month. Service Fees can also be added via suppliers or our Credit Card system (less applicable fees).
